Vince has a portfolio background in international business, academia, executive search and career coaching and mentoring.

He has over 30 years’ global business experience initially as a process engineer and incorporating executive management and board positions with organisations including ExxonMobil, GDF Suez, Nalco, V. Ships and P&G. During his career, Vince has led teams in over 60 countries, and spent 30+ years in international markets particularly in North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, FSU and Asia Pacific.

Vince has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Nottingham University and is now Professor where he supports the students with their design projects, graduate applications and industrial placements. He career coaches MBA, EMBA, Sloan and MSc students at a number of business schools including London, Imperial, Cambridge and Chicago Booth, as well as coaching and mentoring many other individuals from diverse backgrounds.

He also works as a Consultant in Executive Search and focused on finding exceptional talent for clients in the energy and natural resources sector including Oil and Gas, Oilfield Services, Chemicals, Renewables, Environmental Services and Private Equity.

He is a Non-Executive Director and Trustee of the TrustEd Schools’ Partnership in South Shropshire, Non-Executive Director of the Focus Expatriates Organisation and a Director/Trustee of MyBigCareer, an educational charity providing career guidance and advice to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
